      Electrical Jobs at SCC

Strategy Construction Company offers electrical construction job opportunities for skilled and semi-skilled commercial, industrial, and residential electricians.  We have secured jobs for hundreds of electricians in nearly every area of the electrical construction industry. We are able to place electricians nationwide. The main skills that we often seek are commercial and industrial journeyman electricians (licensed/non-licensed) and 1-4 year apprentice commercial and industrial electricians. There are also abundant electricians jobs in the electrical construction trade for residential electricians, apprentices and occasionally a demand for residential helpers arise.

Electricians are paid weekly and the wage is dependent by the type of work, location, and  wage scale, if applicable. In general, government jobs - state and federal -(called Davis-Bacon, or prevailing wage) pay more and non-Davis-Bacon jobs pay less. The region, state, and county dictate Davis-Bacon wage rates. We have no control over the Davis-Bacon wage scale but, do have some influence over merit shop (private industry) wages.

Be assured you will be paid the highest wage possible according to your skill, license held, and the economy where you will be working.

Strategy Construction Company electricians are offered great service and benefits...

            The SCC Advantage

Unlike construction labor pools or other temporary staffing services, we have 35 years of electrical construction industry experience. We specialize only in the commercial, industrial and residential electrical construction trade. Most temporary staffing services cannot register their apprentices or document your hours. We can and gladly do in most cases!

You are also spared countless hours looking and applying for work because we are tied to the contractors who are hiring. One application with us gives you a nationwide job advantage. Think of how many applications and stamps that amounts to, not to mention hours of your valuable time wasted.

Between a dedicated and seasoned electrician helping you find work and our ability to communicate with electrical contractors who are hiring, we feel you are offered...The SCC advantage!

The Road to Permanent Work

As you know, the nature of our electrical industry   job market is always on a roller coaster ride. The only thing certain is the ride never lasts forever. Projects come and go. The economy, seasons, and individual contractors affect how many employees are needed at any given point in the year. And when times are good, the majority of employers acknowledge it is not always possible to determine if a job and a candidate are compatible based on an application, resume, and one or two interviews.  For this reason, many electrical contractors and electricians looking for work use temporary assignments, usually through a temporary staffing firm. This method is a way for both parties to evaluate the best employer-employee "fit."

Temporary staffing assignments can lead to permanent work when an electrical contractor feels the temporary electrician is a person who will bring needed expertise and value to the company.

Our wish at SCC is to see this happen with all of the electricians who find work using our service.
